Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If any part of the product is missing, we may refuse the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@mywallsy.com. Please note: The fixed cost for returning an item is £9.95 per return. So please check that the size is correct before placing your order.

Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned to us without a return request having been made will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged. We will then assess the issue and send you a replacement free of charge. In this case, please provide clear photographs of the damaged product.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will automatically be refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Please contact us at Info@mywallsy.com if it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return.

 

Lost order

If you have not received anything 10 working days after placing your order, or if you have received an email stating: ‘Returned to Sender’, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can resend the product.
